desCriPtion

The Extron Cable Cubby

800 is an elegant, metal enclosure that can be mounted into a

tabletop or other ﬂat surface. The Cable Cubby's lid slides out of the way when it is fully open

and lifts easily to close. When the cables are not being used, they can be stored out of sight while

remaining connected to the system, offering a discreet way to access cables and connection

points as they are needed.

The Cable Cubby 800 has a square bezel and can accommodate up to eight single-space AAP

- Architectural Adapter Plates if US power outlets are used, or up to seven single-space AAPs if

International power outlets are used. The Extron line of optional AAPs allows users to customize

the Cable Cubby with pass-through or active connectivity. The Cable Cubby 800 is also equipped

with one or two height/location adjustable, unswitched AC power modules for additional power

support. International models accommodate Australia, UK, Central Europe, Switzerland, France,

Israel, and India power connectors.

Within its base, the Cable Cubby offers adjustable panels with three sizes of hole openings for a

variety of cable diameters. The elevation of the AAPs inside the Cable Cubby and the arrangement

of the AAPs and the AC power modules is adjustable to suit cable lengths and connector types.

The Cable Cubby 800 ships standard in black anodized or brushed aluminum ﬁnish.*

*Polished aluminum finish and brushed brass finish are also available. These models are built to order and

require a longer lead time. Call an Extron Customer Support Representative for more information.

examples only. Cables and AAPs are optional accessories for the Cable Cubby products and must be

ordered separately.
